 Hello and thanks for posting. There is an association between HIV and inflammation of the salivary glands- this can symptomatically resemble Sjogren's syndrome. It's important to point out that there are a number of different illnesses of the salivary glands, so a diagnostic evaluation is important to discriminate between different entities.
