Yes, it is very clear that you do not have HIV infection based on all of the testing you have had. No further testing is needed.

your symptoms are not particularly suggestive of any disease. Many could be caused by several conditions and are likley unrelated.

You should continue to work with your GP to get advice on proper diet and activities to manitain your health and keep your body in proper balance.
