Once a day tab for second line drugs Dec 20, 2011 I'm on second line treatment. i'e. Tenvofovir (300mg)- Emtricitabine IP (200ml)=Tenvir-EN, once in evening; Atazonavir(300mg)-Ritonavir(100mg)= Synthivian; All from Cipla. Is there any once a day tablet available in Market with these drug combination. Is that tablet available in India. Please Answer. |

 Hello and thanks for posting. There currently isn't a single tablet that contains your medications, nor do I envision one in the near-term future. Sometimes combination tablets are available through Indian generic manufacturers before their availability in the US or Europe. Your current regien uses two combinations- one (Tenvir-EM) is available in the US (called Truvada); the other, Synthivian, is not (though a program to develop a fixed-dose boosted atazanvir is ongoing).
