Hello and thanks for posting. I'm not sure if I understand your question, but lopinavir/ritonavir (Aluvia, Kaletra) is dosed either once- or twice-daily. I'd double check with your health care provider as to what the correct dose is for you. As for the timing of the dose, it isn't critical, only that the medications are taken regularly. As with most HIV protease inhibitors, Aluvia is often better tolerated if taken with (or after) a meal. Be well, BY | |||||||||
