I have 2 options regarding med theropy according to my doctor. Kaletra and Combivir or Isentress and Truvada. Can you tell me what you'd recommend ?

Hello and thanks for posting.
Wow, this is an interesting comparison.
While Kaletra and Combivir were once standard workhorse first line medications in the US, they've largely been replaced by better tolerated and more convenient medications. Indeed, with the exception of pregnant women, neither these two medications appear on the "Preferred" or "Alternative" regimens in the most current DHHS US Treatment Guidelines . Part of the reason for this are medication options with fewer risks of side effects and/or toxicities.
If these are your two choices, you don't have underlying kidney or bone disease, or have issues taking the twice daily Isentress, I'd take what's behind door number 2.
Be well, BY
