Truvada/Isentress Pep regiment - missed by 15 minutes

i usually take my does of truvada / isentress at 3:45pm but was delayed by 15 minutes. Will this affect the effectiveness of the Pep?

One does not need to take HIV medications with Swiss timing, only once- or twice a day.
