|transmision of hiv from father to son?

my child is 5 years old,i am 42 and hiv positive,in december while i was in bathroom washing my mouth my son entered ,sink and toilet tub is closed and i spited in the sink ,was blood from my gums and my son beein very closed of sink and to the eye leel,question is if he could get the virus trough small particles of splasing blood in to the eye,now my son is urinnating every 15 minutes and the tip of his urethra is red,and is like this for six -7 weeks,we have done all the posible investigation with doctors and nothing,could be hiv,to be retested for hiv?he was tested 2 mounths after the toilet incident and was negative?

No, you need not worry. The situation you describe would not be high risk at all for transmitting HIV. I would work with your pediatrician to find out the cause of your son's symptoms.
