my last CD4 Count was 372 and was ask to come for check up after three months, for another checkup is it good to take herbs now, that will help my immune system? or just wait till my CD4 is down? and i start taking anti-retrovival i will like you get your response God bless us

Hello and thanks for your post.
If your CD4 count was below 500, current US treatment guidelines recommend considering HIV medication treatments. If your repeat testing confirms the lower count, it's probably time to start medications.
Herbs, while good for food don't do much to help the immune system.
