 Hello and thanks for your post. I-Cura is a South African supplement product that is touted to have immune benefits and contains a variety of compounds (I can't find a full disclosure of the ingredients). While it's likely that its ok to use I-Cura with your HIV medications, it's hard to be certain, since there aren't any pharmacology studies to assure this.
