Response from Dr. Young
Hello Anxious and thanks for your post. Not to worry, the timing of your medications isn't that critical. What I do when I travel across the pond is to simply set my watch to the destination and do everything possible (eat, sleep, etc) on the new time zone. This helps with the jet lag and the medication timing (the 3 hour difference in the 12 hour dosing won't have any significant impact). Don't forget the earplugs and eye mask for the red-eye too. Hope this helps, BY | |||||||||
