Hello and thanks for your post. With a CD4 count of 360, you have HIV, but not (by laboratory criteria) AIDS. Additional information, such as clinical symptoms and other lab values (like kidney, liver functions) would be valuable in assessing your HIV "stage". Current US treatment guidelines would recommend starting HIV treatment in the near future. Certainly if I were HIV+ and had a CD4 count below 500, there's little doubt that I would consider starting.
