help plz Jun 27, 2010 ive been on instress and truvada for two months without missing a single dose until today, my medicine wasnt delivered like it was supossed too and i wont get it until tuesday im sacared about all this what should i do. |

 Hello and thanks for your post. While it's best not to miss too many doses of medications, missing 1 or 2 days generally won't doom your regimen. Indeed, the stated goal of adherence is between 90-95%; 1 or two days missed out of 30 is only 94% at it's worst. Certainly, it's worth trying to troubleshoot your medications with your pharmacy so that this doesn't happen in the future. Sometimes our case managers can assist with this process.
