DearDoc,Thanks for your reply, there is a mistake in the medicine spell, the actual name is Forstavir - 3 which is another generic version of Viraday by Cipla, please let me know the better medicine if both Viraday and combination of AZT+3TC+nevirapine are available, after receiving your reply I will start the medication. Thanks in advance.

Hello and thanks for your follow up posting.
Viraday is a generic version of the medication that we commonly call (on these pages and in the US and Europe) as Atripla (tenofovir+FTC+efavirenz). Atripla's components are generally preferred in US, European and World Health Organization's treatment guidelines.
There are a few situations where we might look towards an alternative to Atripla (Viraday)-- namely among women of childbearing age who might get pregnant, persons with active kidney disease. In such persons, the AZT+3TC+nevirapine could be a fine alternative.
