hie .can two couples take thesame hiv drugs and go on to have unprotected sex . what are the chaces of male sperm transfering part of male's drugs into female . thanks

There are alot of considerations here:
There is no meaningful transfer of drugs in the sperm, so it would not protect one partner from infection.
Even if both partners are taking the same meds..one may not have suppression of their virus or may have drug resistant virus that could be spread to the other. Even if they were both originally infected together by the same virus, the virus evolves differently in each person and could develop resistance to treatment in one and not the other...or develop resistance by 2 different pathways in each person.
So using caution is always prudent.
