PID's pimples Feb 17, 2009 i am positive with HIV test,,and i'd took all my medecines that the Doctor recomend,,and i still have look like pimples that grew near at my anus..what is the best medicine for this,,these pimples are very ichy and cause pain sometimes..please explain it to me |

 Hello and thanks for your post. Sounds like a good physical examination is in order, maybe even a biopsy. Skin lesions around the anus could be several things- most commonly true pimples or skin abscesses (sometimes Staph infections), sometimes they are warts (condyloma) or herpes, sometimes yet something else. As you can imagine, it's hard for me to be accurate from a web-based description, but be persistent with your symptoms and your doctor. I'm confident that your situation can be improved.
