about a treatment for my father

my parents r both hiv +.my father must start with treatment now coz his cd4 count is below 200.any suggestions plz.we r in south africa

I'm sorry to hear about your parents. I'd agree that it's time for your father to start treatment for HIV.
The most important thing is for him (and your mother) to find experienced HIV healthcare providers. It sounds that this probably has already happened, and that doctor should be able to find the HIV treatments available in your region and best suited to your father's medical condition(s).
Also, since your father's CD4 count is below 200, here in the US, we'd recommend starting a medication to prevent Pneumocystic pneumonia (trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole-- Bactrim, Septra, Cotrimoxazole).
