missed dose Nov 26, 2008 hey doctor my questions is about twice i have missed a dose. i take my medication 1 Atripla, 1 centrum, 1 zeptra, and 1 baby aspiring at 9:30 pm before bed and on two occassions i got home after a 10 hours work day and 4 hours of school tired and fell asleep and woke up around 5am. after beating myself and freaking out i drank my meds at 5am will this have a severe adverse reaction? |

 Thanks for your post. I don't think that you'll have any serious problems-- you might have some additional side effects from the efavirenz component of the Atripla because of the early morning dosing. More importantly, you might use this episode to consider what strategies you could use (such as alarms, other reminders) to avoid missing doses in the future. Be well, BY | ||||||||
