Can I take Atripla Every Other Day Oct 26, 2008 My HIV Dr. Suggested that I take my Atripla evrey other day due to my Nightmares. Do you agree with this suggestion? I never miss doses and have a normal professional job. |

 What!!!!? I would not recommend taking half of any treatment regimen because of side effects (or for any other reason). If you are having limiting side effects, you need to discuss alternative drug regimens, but not ridiculous dosing schemes. To do so over the long haul risks drug resistance and treatment failure.
