I got my last lab results done, my viral load went down by 20,000 copies, currently it's 60,200 and my cd4 is 190, My question is can it be determine how long i been infected, i keep thinking 1 year?

Thanks for your post.

Lab tests, especially viral loads, cannot be used to predict the time of HIV infection.
