|Can Vitamins Help?

I have been HIV positive for 6 years now and not on ART yet,my CD4 count is 241,i only take Vitamins C 1,000 - 1,500 mg,Vit E Omega Oil,Cod liver oil,Folic Acid 400mg,Evening Primrose and Selinum Immunace,these drugs have boosted my immunity,should i start ART now inspite of these Vits i am taking? I dont have any symptoms at the moment.

I can't say whether your vitamins have helped or not, but what I can say is that your current CD4 count is in a range that places you at increasing risk of having life-threatening HIV/AIDS complications.
If I were you, I'd save the money spent on vitamins (except maybe for a standard multivitamin and the omegas) and discuss antiretroviral medications with my doctor.
