Taking Medication While Crossing Time Zones May 28, 2007 I read an article on your website regarding maintaining a medication schedule while traveling across timezones.  Stephen, Thanks for the tip. I generally tell my patients not to perseverate over the time zone changes (unless they are frequent or large)- a few hours one way or the other on occasion won't affect the potency of current HIV combinations. Thanks for reading, BY | ||||||||
