When they start placing space heaters in purgatory! Actually, there are generic HIV meds in the US now. Both AZT and ddI became available in generic formulation once their patents ran out. Otehr will follow suit but it will take years to get the best of the current batch of meds in generic formulations. The generic meds made in other countries have been created in response to the great demand for these drugs in these regions but few resources to pay western prices for them. This is survival drug-making. In the US there are clearly different stresses and forces at work. DW | |||||||||
