It's difficult to answer your question in detail- much depends on whether you take your medications once- or twice-daily, what your current viral load is and how long you've been undetectable (at least as we currently assess the situation).
Suffice to say that resistance doesn't emerge after one or two days of missed doses. One or two missed doses every week, on the other hand is not something that I'd recommend doing. Only viral load testing will be able to tell whether or not your situation put you at risk of resistance or not.
The important thing to assess in your circumstance is why you missed the doses and to do whatever you can to avoid missing in the future.
