i have fatigue and pain in legs and hands i have done six cbc test in these 3 years all are normal and the doctor say i am alright is it related to hiv. even i had an minor operation before 5 months during which all the test where taken.the test was cpk ,tb and all where normal.

There are many causes of fatigue, not just anemia (as tested by the complete blood count, or CBC). Common ones among persons living with HIV include hormonal (low testosterone, thyroid disease), mental health (depression, anxiety), malignancy or other infections.
Pain in the hands and legs is suggestive of peripheral neuropathy- another condition which is clearly more common among HIV+ persons.
