Dear Dr. Young, First of all Happy New 2007! This is what I do to avoid missing or taking double doses: 1) write on the bottle of your meds when should the bottle be empty. If it is a 30 day supply and you start it the 1st of January, write 30th Jan. 2) If you think you have missed a dose yo can empty the bottle on a table an count the remaining pills. I have done this a couple of times just to make sure. Hope this helps!
