| Supplements Mar 22, 2006 40 yr old positve for 6 yrs over the past year my Tcells have climbed over the 900s after hovering between the 600 and 700s. I've swithed from Combivir to Truvada and have have kept the Sustiva. Ive added 50-100mg of 5thp Trytophan to help combat my sleep disorder. I ran across Harold Foster's theory of Selenium, cystene, Glutamine, and trytophan and wonder if he is onto something significgant. Are any of you guys aware of his theory and have any coments on supplemtation for people w/ relatively healthy immune systems? I'm guessing my increased Tcells are due to getting AZT out of my regiment, adding 5thp trytophan and sleeping better. What do you think? |
