Please read my mistake from yesterday Mar 21, 2006 Dr. Young, I made a mistake on my last post. I hope you respond. Let me rephrase. I feel like I have one of the best docs in the biz. Im not on Meds yet because my numbers do not call for meds at this time. However, I have read that I should have both a Geno & Pheno Type test. However, my doc only ordered a Geno (yesterday I said Pheno by mistake) test. He said the Pheno test is not appropriate until you are on meds. Is this your thoughts too? I hope you can respond. |

 Thakns for your follow up. A genotype alone is fine and is standard in most HIV clinics. We're unconventional and fortunate in being able to obtain both genotypes and phenotype testing for our patients. BY | ||||||||
