|Working in Prague

I am considering an English teaching position in Prague. This has been a life time dream. I am currently on a state program. Do I maintain a residence here or take my chances on my meds being available over seas?

You don't say what your insurance coverage will be if you accept the job, which does sound delicious! Talk with the insurance person at your health care provider's office. S/he can look up your coverage and answer questions about how to access your meds while overseas. If you can maintain a relationship to your current health care provider while working in Prague, the simplest solution would be to have that person mail your meds to your Prague address. If your employer will change, I advise you to contact the new employer by phone and ask about how prescriptions are handled under the new policy. YOu don't have to say what the prescription is. Confine your questions to the mechanics of getting your prescription filled. And have a great time!
