nearly every form for employment that one needs to compel asks for medical histopry. so , how much is one required to disclose .do i have to tell every prospective employer i am hiv+. how much do i tell if , 1- i am not yet on treatment, 2- am on med. how much is the authorities at my child school should know about my child status.

You don't need to disclose status until employment, or insurance enrollment actually occurs, not before.
I always recommend that my patients give full disclosure of their health status (including HIV) on employment or insurance papers. This does not depend on whether or not you're taking medications. To not disclose comprises fraud and would jeopardize your employment or insurance status. BY
