I am an 18 yr male and just found out yesterday that i am HIV positive. I have no idea what to do. I need information on how to take care of myself.

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis.
The first things to do are to locate your local AIDS service organization (ASOfinder.com) and an experienced HIV care provider (try the American Academy's website: aahivm.org).
There's no emergency about these things, but information is power-- finding out about your health status (and risks) involve some simple blood tests to look at your CD4 cell count, viral load, drug resistance risks and many other preventive health-related things. Your doctor will recommend blood tests, STD screening, hepatitis screening and vaccinations (including a flu and pneumonia shot).
Spend some time surfing TheBody.com.. you'll find a wealth of information about HIV and your health options.
Good luck, write back anytime. BY
