Lost Her Oct 6, 2005 Dear Dr., I'm so thankful that you responded & I was able to be guided to forcefully followup my friend's illness. Sadly, we lost her Friday. Now that I know how much publicity is given & money is spent on "talk" & not on actual help, I am becoming an advocate. I will do my best to promote awareness of your forum...no one---NO ONE---should be allowed to die as my friend was. It was total indifference, pure & simple. I wish I'd found y'all sooner. |

 I am very sorry to hear that you lost your friend. From the original post it sounds like she was not given a fair chance by her medical team. Despite the sad outcome I am sure that your concern and efforts helped her and made a tragic situation more bearable. Please take care. | ||||||||
