Skin Cancer what to do??
Sep 9, 2005

I been POZ since 1983, I have tried all the combos available. Some worked some did not. I'm in Fuzeon, Invirase, Kaletra & Ziagen. I was told today I have early stages of skin cancer. My world just crumbled. What to do now.?

Response from Dr. Young

Thanks for your post.

I'm sorry to hear about your new diagnosis. Fear not, most types of skin cancer are very easily treated and often cured.

Without knowing the details of the type, severity and location of your lesions, it's difficult for me to be more precise about treatment or prognosis; I'd spend some time discussing these very important issues with your doctor.

Good luck, BY
