This is not really a question but just my own personal experiancs....when you gave info to the person who wanted to be "Staying Healthy" that was really good advice...but being in recovery is another issue all together.I am there also with that disease and I was told any changes in early recovery can lead to a relaspe The medicines work fine..there is another program which gives you a type of "false cigg" just to keep something in your hand. There is also cutting down the amount of ciggs that you smoke per day, which I found to be helpfull..the wellibutin...made me feel high so you know where that went.I know that medications work and give different results to people.I just wanted to put my two cents of my experiance in...I have HIV for 9 years...I also do outreach for 4 years and I'm in recovery. Thanks..
