 Thanks for your post. I definitely would not recommend reducing the dose of efavirenz (Sustiva) to 200 mg a day-- this would place you at considerable risk of developing drug resistance. Your doctor should have someone on call that you can talk to about options, but it should be possible to get sufficient medications to cover your trip. BY | ||||||||
