Hello I found out today that Im resistant to just about everything My doctor said about all that didnt show resistantance is sustiva,Kaletra, ziagen so he told me to not take anything for 2 more weeks and get blood work to get a baseline and then he would start me on these three meds The reason Im asking u my doctor hasnt been in the infections field too long and He is a good doctor but he himself is also learning Please let me know and thanks James

I am not sure what your resistance pattern is because the resistance with Sustiva and other non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) such as Viramume is very similar. So, it does not make complete since to say that "about all that didn't show resistance" includes Sustiva and not the other NNRTI's.
Also, why do you have such overall resistance? Do you need to look at how to better take the meds before starting on what sounds like a "last chance" regimen? What about the use of Fuzeon with this combo? The combination you list may have the capacity to be very effective for you.
