New Jersey funding? Oct 19, 2003 Dr. Young, Hi. How do i find out if New Jersey the state i live in has sufficent state funding for assistance for hiv meds? If not I can move to New York, to get sufficent state funding, but i need to know what do you and how do i think out? Make only 5,000 a year. Hopeless in New Jersey |

 Dear Hopeless- Please don't feel that the situation is hopeless-- there are avenues to persue. Call your local AIDS service organization, call your doctor or case manager for advise about access to care and medications. (You can find much of this information in the Yellow pages.)
