How often as a baseline - should clinical follow-up and lab work be done on someone who is starting treatment?

I usually get follow up labs at 1 month and quarterly thereafter.

It's key to make sure that the viral load is decreasing appropriately, and if not to try to understand why it might not be (adherence, resistance...). BY
