 Dear Danny, Vfend (vorconazole) is an antifungal drug that is approved for use in the US and is indicated for the treatment of unusual fungi such as aspergillus, a germ that can cause disease in those with very serious immune deficiency. As to your ass, it is unlikely that this is caused by a fungus, although if you tend to sit in your birthday suit on moist soil for extended periods of time, it is a possibility. More likely is that this boil is caused by a bacteria and antibacterial drugs plus or minus a good (professionally perfromed) lancing might do the trick. DW | ||||||||
