Response from Dr. Boyle
The efficacy of alternative medications is one we struggle with. While most are utterly worthless, and only serve to "push up" the manufacturers profits, some do have limited value. With that said, there is absolutely no convincing evidence that these medications do anything for your immune system or to keep you more fit. Still, if you want to use them, use of them in moderation is unlikely to do any harm, However, you should check with your doctor before doing so to make sure that you are not on any medications that they may interact with or have any other reason hat you should not take them. | |||||||||
