Epivir 300mg Once a Day Aug 29, 2002 Hey Brian, Just a follow-up for anyone who may be interested...... I was given a perscription for Epivir 300mg once a day tablets a couple of weeks ago and was not able to get it filled. You are corerct, the once a day 300mg tablet is not yet availible, but I was still interested in knowing where the conflict was btwn my doctor's information and availibility. So I called GlascoSmithKline and here is what I found out. The 300mg, once a day dose was approved on June 24, 2002 and production is gearing up. They expect it to be availible in October of this year, but suggested I call back in September for an update. Hope others find this information useful. |
