can HIV cured at the early stage?

No. Very early treatment seems to preserve immune function, and in some persons, immune-based control of the virus appears to occur. Does this mean that the person is cured? No, because the virus still remains resident in the infected cells. So long as these cells are alive, the person remains infected. -BY
