Re: Adding 1 regimen Aug 1, 2002 Thanks, I could not go for the resistance testing as well as viral load. My clinical signs shows that I'm resistant to one of the regimens. Well, please suggest the regimens that I should go for. The available ARVs here are 1. Nevirapine 2. Efiviranz 3. Indinavir 4. Retinovir. 5. Didanosine. 6. Stavudine. and 3TC & AZT |

 While I am generally not terribly reluctant to throw in my 2 cents, I couldn't make any suggestions without having a lot more information regarding prior therapy, other medical conditions and other aspects of your treatment/health. I would say, however, that if you have not been on efavirenz, didanosine or epivir before, combining those drugs appears to be both highly effective and can be given once-daily. | ||||||||
