|Need help in Thailand

Hi Dr's ! I'm an American working in Thailand and recently diagnosed positive. Can anyone forward info regarding people or places I can seek help here. Any info much appreciated. thanks for all your help !!

Sorry, but I don't have any specific contacts in Thailand, but I'd advise contacting one of the medical universities there. There is the HIVNAT consortium (HIV Netherlands/Australia/ Thailand) that provides much of the research, treatment and education locally, they might be able to be of assistance.
The most important issue for you would be determining your health and laboratory status-- this would entail getting lab testing (CD4 count, in particular). Another important factor would be your date of return to the States; if not too far off, and if your not currently symptomatic, you might be able to safely wait until your return to have these things done.
