dosage of testosterone and deca

I am wondering what you think is the most effective dosage of depo testosterone and Deca to put on weight.

Response from Dr. Fisher

T: 200mg IM every 2 weeks

D: 100 mg IM every 1-2 weeks

Exercise is very important with this regimen.
