| Found a way to reduce my paunch Sep 22, 2003 My lipodystrophy did not take the form of wasting or fat redistribution. It was strictly accummulation inside the abdominal cavity. My protusion was HUGE. With my life-long skinny body, I looked totally deformed. My doctors and I finally came up with a combination treatment that is reducing my paunch, so far by about half. The three components of my treatment are 1) Switching me totally off protease inhibitors, onto a combination of three nukes (trizivir) and one non-nuke (viramune). 2) Put me on oxandrin. 3) Continue my vigorous program of muscle building through weighlifting every other day. I want to emphasize that this is what has worked FOR ME. It is not to say it will work for someone else, but maybe give it a try. And don't forget the muscle building! |

Response from Dr. Moyle
Thanks for your testimony. Remember Oxandrin is certainly not for everyone. You should discuss risks and benefits with your doctor, check your testosterone before use and avoid repeated cycles. Maybe the drug switch and exercise was all that was needed Regards Graeme Moyle |
