|Can Lipo NOT happen?
May 9, 2003
Hi great doctors:
Are there people who are on meds for many years that have NOT reported any changes at all in their appearence as far as lipo of any kind is concerned? I almost get this feeling that it is a "you will eventually experience it one way or another" type of thing.. Has there been people who do NOT do recreational drugs, workout regularly and do not smoke and are without abnormal triglycerides and cholesterol who just do not get lipo? Curious about this one.

Definitely yes. Some estimates are that 30% or less of people every develop lipodystrophy and even fewer get the wasting stuff. Lifestyle is likely to help sokeep up the good work
