Gender and strength
Dec 10, 2002

I just wanted to give you an update. I asked a question on March 8, 2002 about a female co-worker of mine that happened to be able to lift more than me. At the time, I was just starting an exercise program after many years of inactivity, while she had been working out for many years.

Since I started, I have greatly increased the amount I can lift. I now lift more than she does. Thanks for the encouragement.

Response from Ms. Fields-Gardner

It sounds like things worked out as expected. Glad to hear that you are doing well!
