Can someone experience true lipo and not have any lab abnormalities? Specifically filling out(way too much) all over,no wasting. Also, when you hear about thin legs, do the majority of the affected people get just skinny calves or is it the whole leg including the thighs?
Response from Ms. Fields-Gardner
There are so many different manifestations of metabolic and physical changes from person to person, it boggles the mind! You can experience body shape changes without wildly significant metabolic changes, though they often occur together.
As for the legs, the place fat loss seems to appear first and most notably in the leg is the calf. Still, many patients experience a systemic (all over) loss of subcutaneous fat. You should try to be clear about what you are looking at and it may help to differentiate "skinny legs" from muscle wasting vs. legs with fat loss and veins protruding (or in some cases, both).
Give me hope.....
