Changing Meds

I have been on D4t,ddi and nevirapine,because of lipodystrophy and weight loss it was changed a year ago to tenofovir,ddi,nevirapine.but i still notice weight loss and viral load is about 400 with undetectable viral load.
Im not sure if perhaps I would be better off with ? tenofovir,abacvir,sustiva and dont know if I should mention it to my doctor.can i have your opinion

I think the change you have made is a good one but it is going to take time to see results....more a year. You may want to talk to you doctor about ways for gaining weight beyond diet and exercise. he may also wish to check some hormones like tetosterone, thyroid, etc to be sure that there are no other causes of weight loss.
