Sadly not. Data which has been sufficient to convince the regulatory authorities in the United States has not passed muster with the European authorities. In fact, whilst in American are there are several products approved for wasting in the setting of HIV infection nothing has been approved in Europe. As a result of no approval with the European regulatory authorities there is no chance that we can get this drug available through European national health services. Was growth hormone can be used "off label" even if you have health insurance the insurer is unlikely to pay for it and are a few people sufficiently wealthy to be up to afford regular cycles of treatment with growth hormone.
As you are cared for it my institution you can always ask your doctor to refer you to me to see what we can do within the limitations that we worked under within the British system
